Directed trust administration services are offered through Bank of Texas for revocable, irrevocable, charitable, and special needs trusts. The “directed” designation allows a trust Grantor to select Ackerman Capital Management to manage the investments of a trust while Bank of Texas separately assumes the responsibilities for trust administration as the corporate trustee. By unbundling these duties, directed trusts provide trust Grantors with a cost-effective solution that maximizes control and flexibility.

PRIVATE BANKING
